This article shares the experiences of several gay Mormons in California who were active during the Proposition 8 campaign. I find it incredible that their experiences are so similar to mine - and who knew there were other gay members in LA? I suppose the pressure to remain silent keeps many of us in the closet.

I'm the original publisher of the article in question. While I wouldn't *out* any of my sources, I'm happy to tell you that there are a *great many* lgbt Mormons who attempted to remain active during the campaign, with variable amounts of success.
